Home School Information - SETHSA has combined information from several sources in creating a special handbook. This is a great resource for both those actually getting starting and those merely interested in learning more about home schooling. The Home Educator's Handbook answers many questions regarding, identifies many historic facts supporting, and discusses the legalities of home schooling in Texas. The handbook will help to establish a proper foundation, outline a guide or plan for proceeding, and provide the contacts necessary to succeed. The handbook can be requested on this website by selecting the button below. Or, one can be requested, along with requests for information in general regarding home schooling, by calling SETHSA's voice mail system, where a caller may leave a message regarding their specific question(s). SETHSA receives on average over 3,500 requests per year or an average of 40+ requests for the handbook alone per week. The handbook is free. We, however, have incorporated it into our Shopping Cart to streamline the process.
